1. 28-Day Change of Mind

🗓️ We offer a 28-day return window from the date you receive your delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
  • Multi-buy Offers: If you purchased dolls as part of a "Buy One Get One" or a bundle offer, all items in that bundle must be returned together. We do not accept partial returns for these promotions.
  • 🚫 Exclusions: Please note that Sale items are eligible for exchange only and are not valid for a cash refund unless faulty.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items ⚠️

We take great pride in the quality of our dolls. If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@Lobilo.com.
  2. Do not send the item back to the manufacturer.
  3. We will provide a full refund or exchange. If the item is confirmed faulty, Lobilo will cover the return postage costs.

3. How to Process a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email support@Lobilo.com with your order number and name.
  • Form: Complete our [Online Returns Form] (must accompany all mailed returns).
  • Shipping: For "Change of Mind" returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. For items over $60, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds 💳

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Payment Method: Approved refunds are credited back to your original method of payment.
  • Gift Cards: If you paid via gift card, the balance will be credited back to a new gift card.
  • Timeline: Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days of approval:
