  • Tracking: All international orders are shipped via trusted couriers. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your doll is dispatched.
  • Duties & Taxes: Please be aware that your country may apply import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are outside of Lobilo’s control.
  • Middle East Customers: 🌍 We highly recommend selecting Standard Tracked Delivery to avoid the significant delays common with non-trackable mail in this region.

3. International Returns Policy

Due to the complexities of international logistics, we have specific guidelines for overseas orders:

  • Change of Mind: We do not currently offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" on international orders. We encourage you to review your selection carefully before purchasing.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your doll arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact support@Lobilo.com. We will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotion are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
